The Role

• Plan, schedule, and manage the full promotional roadmap for RoW markets, creating region-specific or market-focused campaigns.
• Act as a key point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 providers, maintaining strong relationships and securing ongoing promotional opportunities.
• Support Tier 1 provider relations when required, ensuring continuity of communication and campaign planning.
• Segment providers and operators to develop targeted, high-performing promotional strategies.
• Analyze past and current promotions to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
• Use insights and data to refine promotional strategy, optimize campaign effectiveness, and recommend new concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Promotions Executive for Asia and the Head of Department to ensure that regional strategies support the global promotional vision.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, BI, Content, Account Management, Operations) to ensure all required elements for each promotion are delivered on time.
• Oversee and validate the setup of promotions in the back office, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all campaigns.
• Support the Promotions Coordinator for RoW by providing guidelines, alignment, and operational assistance when needed.
• Identify issues in live or upcoming promotions and proactively resolve or escalate them as necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of promotional processes, segmentation logic, and performance evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Promotions Coordinator, CRM Coordinator, or similar role within the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of iGaming promotions, KPIs, segmentation, and player behavior
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Tableau and other tools
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting performance data and using it to guide decision-making
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership, discipline, and proactive work management.
• Fluent in English, additional Spanish or Russian is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with EMEA or LatAM operators or providers.
• Familiarity with provider negotiation, promotional structuring, or campaign planning.
• Understanding of multi-market promotional behavior and segmentation approaches.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel across EU industry conferences if needed
• Comfortable working remotely and independently, while maintaining alignment with global teams.
